Melanie Keveles, MA, CPCC is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Certified Best Year Yet® Coach. Prior to starting her coaching practice in 1998, Melanie has been a career and outplacement consultant, trainer and writer for more than 20 years. She has achieved many of her life-long dreams including living in Europe nearly five years, running her own business, co-authoring a book (Fired For Success: Turning Losing Your Job into the Opportunity of a Lifetime!) and having her own radio show.

Melanie has appeared as a guest on The Sally Jessey Raphael Show (when she had her show in St. Louis and focused on less racy topics), ), New Dimensions Radio New Dimensions Radio, Conversations with Jean Feraca Conversations with Jean Feraca and numerous other radio and television programs in the Midwest. Melanie specializes in coaching clients worldwide who want to optimize their career satisfaction, pursue entrepreneurial ventures, reinvent themselves and have their Best Year Yet®. With her outplacement background and stints creating content for Internet and corporate Intranet sites such as Alta Vista Careers and the Talent Alliance, she has been exposed to a wide range of careers and work environments.

In addition to her grounding in coach training, leadership training and certification through The Coaches Training Institute, (CTI) Melanie has been through training with Byron Katie and uses her "Work" when appropriate with clients challenged by limited beliefs and with difficult relationships.

Melanie is on the faculty of CTI as a Certification Pod Leader and a Business Development Program Leader. She collaborates with Coaching Toys founder, Marcy Nelson-Garrison on the Quick Apprenticeship Series for New Product Entrepreneurs©.
