Reinventing
Yourself |
Just because we have behaved a certain way all our lives
or been involved in a particular career or industry, we
are not doomed to continue along those lines forever.
We can break free and discover new ways to live our lives.

Turning
Lemons into Lemonade: How to Use Problems as Disguised
Opportunities |
A Coaching Response to Life's Unpredictable
Twists and Turns
One thing is certain - if we live long enough we're apt
to face challenges in our lives that we hadn't bargained
for. Perhaps it is losing a job or the death of a close
relative or friend. Maybe it's a car accident that leaves
us less than whole. Or a fire. Yet how we ultimately respond
to such a situation, whether we grieve forever or take
action towards a new beginning can make all the difference
in the quality of our life.

As A Gift - Hidden Career Clues in Negative Barbs

How many of us appreciate the teasing we have received

Know-It-All
Stages of Life |
Recently I attended the International Coach Federation
(ICF) conference in Orlando. This annual event attracted
875 business and professional coaches from around the
world this year. I enjoyed attending workshops and meeting
coaches with special niches from serving rap groups to
corporate big wigs. Intriguing conversations took place
between meetings, over breakfast and even standing in
line waiting for bathroom facilities!

The Gift
of Your Life |
"I
thought I had more time!"
These words recently were spoken to my friend by her friend
who is 41, dying of cancer and leaving behind a five year
old child. Ever since I heard these words they have been
ringing in my ears. |
