Using the Internet to Enrich and Enliven Your Life

I feel sorry for all the people who've told me they're floundering around on the Internet, not able to find what they're after. It's a bit like being at sea without a boat. There's such rich information available, yet they just can't appreciate it because they're so busy just trying to stay afloat. It's a shame when some give up in disgust. If I could just throw them a life jacket and show them some useful places to look.

To that end, I have been collecting useful Internet sites for more than five years. To make them valuable to coaches and their clients, I have categorized them into the eight areas found on the Wheel of Life used often in coaching. These include Career, Money, Health, Friends & Family, Romance, Personal Growth/Spirituality, Fun & Recreation and Physical Environment.
